Join us for an evening of wine tasting from the Simonsig Estate in the Stellenbosch wine region of South Africa. Simonseg are sending over Lize-Marie, one of their wine experts, to facilitate the evening. As the International Sales Manager at Simonsig Wine Estate, Lize-Marie is responsible for managing the estate's global distribution network, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with distributors around the world. She has a deep passion for the wine industry and has been dedicated to promoting sustainable business practices and environmental conservation throughout her career. The Simonsig estate is credited with pioneering the production of Méthode Cap Classique in South Africa, and their Kaapse Vonkel Brut is one of the most celebrated sparkling wines in the country. In addition to their sparkling wines, Simonsig produces a range of red, white, rosé, and fortified wines, including the Simonsig Chenin Blanc and the Simonsig Tiara, a Bordeaux-style red blend. A tasting menu is being created to complement the wines (watch this space for the menu).

By overwhelming popular demand (and a touch of French flair), we’re once again popping on our berets and raising a glass to the arrival of the freshly picked, fermented, and bottled Beaujolais!
Our very own Mac will be making an early morning dash to secure a limited supply—so if you fancy a taste of this year’s vintage, don’t dawdle! Menu to be released soon.
